Technical Assistance Coordinator - Bilingual

Location: Lowell, MA

We are seeking a Spanish Language Technical Assistance Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical assistance (small business coaching) to underserved small businesses
  • Track and document all TA into the ECenterís CRM and manage all reporting requirements
  • Communicate with Spanish language businesses as needed
  • Work with the City of Lowell and other partners to translate into Spanish as needed
  • Translate all internal curriculum and microloan application into Spanish, as assigned
  • Work closely with Ecenter staff to ensure the program achieves all programmatic goals

Successful candidate will possess:

  • Associates Degree or at least five years of experience as a local, small business owner
  • Expertise in one of the following areas: Operations, Finance, Bookkeeping, Marketing or other small business skills
  • 2 years as a business consultant or educator
  • Bilingual Skills (Spanish/English)
  • Must have evidence of full COVID-19 immunization or must request and receive approval for a religious or medical exemption.
