Education and Operations Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance  Manager is responsible for working closely with parents, staff and collaborating agencies to provide advocacy and support to families and children who are enrolled in CTI’s School Age Program.

 Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Ensure quality program services through case management that promote self-sufficiency for families maintaining enrollment, attendance and success in the School Age Program.
  2. Monitor enrollment, attendance and quality programming for the School Age Sites.
  3. Support program orientation for new staff members.
  4. Support the implementation of program curriculum at site(s) including identifying resources, training and instructing program staff around curriculum activities.
  5. Support professional development for School Age Coordinators and all staff.
  6. Support the program so that it meets the individual needs of the children enrolled.  
  7. Provide monthly environment observations and feedback.
  8. Ensure all program policies and procedures are being met at all School Age locations through monthly observations.
  9. Support the oversight and development of staff at multiple school age sites.
  10. Monitor compliance with EEC regulations for school age programs at all site(s).
  11. Monitor quality curriculum that is linked to both Lowell Public School’s plans and linked to EEC Core Competencies and Massachusetts Frameworks.
  12. Monitor staffing levels to comply with EEC standards.
  13. Monitor Child Plus database and generate reports as necessary.
  14. Uphold the values of CTI C.A.R.E.S. – Compassionate, Accountable, Respectful, Empathetic, Services.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful candidate must be flexible with hours if needed. 
  • Bachelors degree required, Education or Human Services preferred
  • 2-4 years of previous management or team lead experience is required.
  • Knowledge of EEC compliance is required, out of school time experience is preferred.
  • Strong and fair leadership and decision making abilities are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem solve.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with coworkers and those outside the organization.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
  • Evidence of recent Mantoux, physical exam, and MMR
  • Must have evidence of full COVID-19 immunization or request for a possible approval of a religious or medical exemption.
  • CORI/DCF review prior to employment.
