Coordinated Entry Housing Navigator - Housing & Homeless Services

We are seeking a Coordinated Entry Housing Navigator who will be responsible for overseeing the Coordinated Entry Process for the North East region of the Balance of State. This includes reviewing and assessing the Coordinated Entry (CE) Vulnerability Tool to document and track the most vulnerable participants in the region and coordinate a regional response. This position ensures compliance with program goals and regulations as well as the reporting responsibilities to the Department of Housing and Community Development.
