Case Management Services Manager

Department: Housing
Location: Lowell, MA

We are seeking a Case Management Services Manager who will be responsible for the overall operations of Community Teamwork’s Case Management services provided to homeless families participating in CTIs Emergency Shelter. This position supervises a case management team that provides rehousing and barrier reduction assistance. This position manages the productivity of the case management team and ensures program compliance with regulations and scope of services that are provided to all clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee overall operations of the case management services provided to families.
  • Direct supervision of case management staff including recruitment, supervision, evaluation and improvement development plans. 
  • Assign, monitor and evaluate staff work schedules and assignments.
  • Conduct staff meetings and provide technical assistance of daily work activities.
  • Develop strategies by identifying the barriers clients are experiencing to reduce homelessness through effective case management.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Case managers as necessary for additional supportive services provided.
  • Ensure appropriate orientation and training is provided to both new and existing staff.
  • Monitor Program Budgets.

Qualifications include:

  • Qualifications 4+ years’ experience in related field required.
  • 2+ years of program management and supervisory experience required
  • Strong understanding of social service systems and services provided
  • Excellent Customer Service, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skill
  • Excellent project management skillset
  • Proficient computer skills required in basic computer software and data collection
  •  Strong leadership skills working with a diverse population
  • Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent crisis management skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Khmer, English/Portuguese) preferred
  • Must have evidence of full COVID-19 immunization or must request and receive approval for a religious or medical exemption.
